The website includes interactive features such as the 3D city on our home page, the billboard preview, the feasibility tool and portfolio and value figures. These are provided to illustrate our services and give a general indication only.

• Feasibility results, figures and estimates are general in nature and are based on the inputs you provide and assumptions that may not suit your situation. They are not financial, valuation, planning, legal or tax advice and must not be relied on to make investment or development decisions. Get independent professional advice for your project.
• Renders, 3D views, artist impressions and billboard previews are illustrative. They may not reflect final designs, approvals, finishes or surroundings.
• Portfolio totals and statistics reflect our records at the time of publishing and are provided as a general guide.

Client project names, logos and imagery belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission or for portfolio purposes.

5. Things you send us

When you send us information, images or files through the website, chat or email, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. You give us permission to use them to respond to you, prepare quotes and deliver any work you engage us for. We will not publish your material or use it in our portfolio without your permission. Images you add to the billboard preview stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us.
