Depot Connect
Depot Connect is a premium industrial strata development positioned at the convergence of the Gateway Motorway, Pacific Motorway (M1) and Logan Motorway. The project was built around one core idea — centralised industrial connectivity.
Project Info
The objective was to create a complete launch campaign that transformed a proposed industrial development into a market-ready commercial product. From branding and positioning through to 3D visualisation, interactive tools and campaign rollout, every element was designed to accelerate understanding, leasing and sales confidence.
Project positioning
Depot Connect was strategically positioned as an industrial development built for businesses needing immediate connectivity across South East Queensland. The campaign focused heavily on movement, access and operational efficiency, reinforcing the project’s location advantages across all marketing assets.
Key positioning themes included:
- Direct connectivity to major motorway infrastructure
- Central access to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich and the Port of Brisbane
- High-exposure industrial positioning
- Premium industrial strata ownership opportunity
- Built for logistics, trade, warehousing and service-based operators
Project branding
A full industrial-focused brand identity was created for Depot Connect, designed to reflect movement, infrastructure and connectivity. The branding formed the foundation for all digital, print and campaign assets across the project launch.
Key Deliverables:
- Naming direction and project identity
- Industrial-focused logo design
- Brand colour palette and typography
- IM-ready branding system
- Billboard and signage-ready rollout assets
Aerial 3D renders
Using drone photography and real-world aerial integration, we developed aerial 3D renders showing the proposed development within its surrounding infrastructure network. These visuals became a major part of communicating the project’s locational strength.
Why It Works:
- Shows proximity to major motorway infrastructure
- Places the project into real-world industrial context
- Highlights estate layout and operational positioning
- Creates high-impact marketing visuals early in the campaign
Ground 3D renders
Street-level renders were created to showcase the finished presentation of the industrial units, including access, landscaping, parking and operational usability. These visuals helped buyers understand how the development would function before construction commenced.
Impact:
- Demonstrates premium industrial presentation
- Shows access, circulation and usability clearly
- Helps buyers visualise day-to-day operations
- Reinforces confidence in the final built outcome
Interactive sales experience
A CMS-managed interactive experience was developed to allow buyers and tenants to digitally explore the estate online. The platform enabled users to navigate the development, inspect unit availability and engage with the project remotely.
Why It Works:
- Interactive online exploration of the development
- Real-time unit availability integration
- Clickable unit information and enquiry functionality
- Mobile-friendly experience designed for sales campaigns
Information memorandum & campaign assets
The entire marketing rollout was supported through professionally designed campaign material tailored specifically for industrial buyers, investors and owner-occupiers.
Key Deliverables:
- Full information memorandum design
- Digital brochure assets
- Sales presentation material
- Billboard concepts and launch graphics
- Social and digital advertising assets
Motion-tracked drone showcase
A motion-tracked drone showcase was created to visually communicate the project’s strategic positioning across South East Queensland. Infrastructure overlays, route callouts and animated tracking created a clear understanding of connectivity advantages.
Impact:
- Clearly communicates location advantages visually
- Highlights motorway and freight connectivity
- Creates engaging campaign-ready video content
- Strengthens digital marketing and presentations
A complete industrial launch strategy
Depot Connect demonstrates how branding, positioning, visualisation and digital infrastructure can combine into a single industrial launch strategy. Rather than simply marketing a future development, the campaign focused on building immediate understanding, confidence and momentum before completion.
Why It Matters:
- Accelerates buyer and tenant understanding
- Reduces interpretation barriers during early-stage campaigns
- Creates stronger market positioning from launch
- Aligns every campaign asset into one cohesive strategy
- Supports faster sales and leasing outcomes
