Objective
The aim of this project was to digitally create a building extension for Colliers at Nathan Road, Melbourne, in order to facilitate leasing and sales efforts. By expanding the current structure through a series of detailed 3D renders, the objective was to illustrate the potential for growth and development, enhancing the appeal of the site to prospective tenants and buyers.

Process
We utilised aerial photography of the existing site, seamlessly integrating a 3D extension of the building into the images. This involved creating aerial 3D montages that showcased the extended structure in context, carefully aligning the new development with the surrounding environment. The montages were crafted to ensure the extension blended naturally into the existing photography, offering a clear and realistic depiction of how the building would appear post-expansion.

Outcome
The aerial 3D renders provided Colliers with a compelling visual tool to showcase the larger-scale building, aiding their leasing and sales efforts. By visually demonstrating the expanded site, Colliers is now able to present an enhanced property that better meets the needs of larger-scale tenants, boosting the site's marketability.

This project exemplified the use of digital visualisation to support real estate marketing and expand opportunities for property development.
