On behalf of the developers, Hale Capital, and their appointed marketing agents, Savills in conjunction with Modus Property Group are thrilled to present CityPort Cold Stores for lease. CityPort Cold Stores represents the largest speculative cold storage development to ever be offered within Queensland.

CityPort Cold Stores is engineered to the highest standards for cold storage logistics, covering a total area of 19,530 square meters. With flexible tenancy options ranging from 6,200 to 19,530 square meters, the facility is versatile, accommodating various business needs. The internal heights of 11.5 meters allow for high-density storage, supporting up to 7 pallets to maximize space efficiency.

The facility features advanced temperature-controlled environments, with freezer settings ranging from -1°C to -25°C and chiller settings from 0°C to 8°C, catering to diverse cold storage requirements. A 15-meter-deep ante room further enhances operations, providing ample space for pre-loading and staging goods.

Practical features like 6-meter-wide awnings protect during loading and unloading, while 29 dock levellers spread across three tenancies ensure smooth and efficient handling of goods for all tenants. Set on a 4.07ha site, CityPort Cold Stores is strategically designed to optimize cold storage logistics, making it the perfect solution for businesses aiming to enhance their supply chain in a state-of-the-art facility.

Client's Vision: Hale sought to showcase this facility's excellence and prime location for cold storage logistics through comprehensive 3D and digital solutions.

  • Drone Video & Photography: We captured dynamic aerial views of the site, providing potential clients with a bird's-eye perspective of the estate's scale and layout.

  • Aerial 3D Renders: Aerial 3D renders highlighted the industrial buildings and their strategic placement within the Crestmead Industrial Precinct, demonstrating the estate's potential and flexibility for prospective occupants.

  • Ground 3D Modeling: Detailed ground-level 3D modeling offered insights into the estate's usage, layout, parking, access points, landscaping, and more, conveying the project's specific features effectively.

  • Project Branding: A distinctive branding strategy, including logos, color schemes, and design elements, was developed to create a compelling visual identity for CityPort Cold Stores, aligning with the estate's character and objectives.

  • Information Memorandum (IM) Design: A professionally designed IM presents detailed information about the project, including financials, property details, location advantages, and investment potential, equipping potential clients with all the necessary information for informed decision-making.
