Felton Property engaged our services for a project at 131 Johnstone Road, Brendale, QLD 4500, focused on the leasing of industrial spaces and warehouses. The primary objective was to accelerate the leasing process by providing potential tenants with detailed visual representations of the available spaces. Our task was to create both aerial and ground 3D renders to showcase the structure in detail and highlight the strategic location of the property.

Client's Vision

Felton Property aimed to present the industrial spaces and warehouses comprehensively, emphasising both the architectural features and the advantageous location. The visual materials were to be detailed and engaging, providing prospective tenants with a clear understanding of what the property has to offer.

Aerial 3D Renders

Using advanced drone technology, we captured high-resolution images from various altitudes and angles around 131 Johnstone Road. These images were then processed to create accurate and detailed aerial 3D renders.
